OFFER

We offer injection services on entrusted tools. We have modern injection moulding machines with a clamping force from 60 to 400 tons and an injection weight of up to 984 grams (for PS). We process Polypropylene, Polyethylene and technical plastics (PA, POM), also those filled with glass fibber. We have a manipulator for serving labels to the mould-in-mould labelling (IML). Our experience also allows us to offer technical advice in the construction of plastic products and the optimization of equipment necessary for their production.

QUALITY

Our main goal is quality. The quality control is at every stage of production. We always try to adapt to the customer’s needs, also in terms of the lead time of order fulfillment.

SAFETY

Our facilities are monitored 24 hours through a system of industrial cameras. In addition, they are equipped with an alarm and fire system with direct notification to the security agency. Injection mould warehouses are made of refractory materials, have fire doors with fire resistance EI 60, which close automatically in the event of a fire. In this way, we protect the tools entrusted to us.
